How to choose the lot?

You'll get username for www.copart.com, there you may look through all the lots, put up for auction in the near future, and pick out the appropriate one.

Choosing motorbike, be aware of that most people who put up motorbikes for auction do not perform thorough inspection (they just make some pics, turn ignition key, if the light ignites then "it's working"). But it happens that the battery is dead or the key is lost. So you have to rely on pics and afterwards learn description of damages, as it's not that easy to hide damages on picture, as it happens with pictures of autos.

On sealed-bid auction NPA (National Powersport Auctions) besides motorbikes you may pick out boats, scooters and snowmobiles.

The way the tender is held

Right after you select the lot, you let us know the highest price you are willing to pay for it. It doesn't mean that is exact price. For instance, current stake is $1000. We declare your price in the auction system (e.x. $2500), but your stake is not 2500, but $1050. If someone raise his stake up to 1100, the system reports that your stake was trumped and declares the next stake1150. So the tender is held till the final price is set, or till your final stake that is your highest price.

You may as well find out the final price of the model you've chosen, the price paid for it on previous tender.

What happens after you win the lot?

After the lot is won, we pay for it with our own account, transport the motorbike to Seattle, and get the mail with all papers for motorbike. Then we draw up papers on behalf of your name and send you copies to confirm the purchase. After that we perform loading the motorbike on the ship or plane. Loading will be performed after complete payment. We get loading papers and send you copies to your e-mail. You'll receive original documents in registered letter, even earlier than you get your motorbike, so you'll have all needed papers when motorbike arrives. If you order motorbike directly from auction NPA, the procedure of payment will be different.

You pay for your purchase as you get check.

So all you have to do is to pay in time (2 days since the auction is over). If the term of payment is withheld, the auction system will impose penalty (late payment).
